Great place and great value in an awesome location, very well managed.
Restaurant and food served were great; staff went above and beyond the expectations and were very helpful. Cleanliness was incredible and very, very thorough.
The rooms were a bit unfriendly and outdated. Not very comfortable and cold. Could use some updating.

enjoyed our stay but looking at other hotels I feel its falling behind the curve
location poolside facilities bar facilities
paying for room safe, paying for pool towels, having paid for a room suite these costs felt silly and unnecessary there was too much to piece your breakfast together, so many places to visit to get toast, eggs, coffee etc, by the time I sat down it was cold. we have been here twice before so clearly we do like it but the food did not seem as good as previous visits the room we stayed in, bath tub didn't work, bath plug didn't work. telly didn't work, fridge didn't work, it felt tired
